After 5 years as Head Coach for England, Graham Dell has decided to stand aside. It would be easy and churlish to look at Grahams lost win stats and say his tenure was a failure. His 5 years was spent playing senior established futsal nations with players with little or no futsal experience. With hindsight England went 'international' to early, that said, thanks to Graham's positive attitude we are slowly but surely climbing the futsal ladder. Graham got us onto onto the first rung, no bad achievement when there was no ladder their in the first place.
Should the FA now go for an experienced foreign coach rather than try re invent the wheel? Forum postings please.
