Manager of Team United Birmingham, Iqhlaq Hussain, went to watch this one as an interested specator, he reported back that this was 'probably the best futsal game he had ever seen.'

Preston spent most of the game a goal in front, until the last dramatic minutes when Ipswich showed their class by being able to turn a 6-7 score to 7-7 and then with the clock about to 'buzz' time get a 8-7 winner.
Preston are an example of what can happen with the right coaching and management, after winning the Hull Open against tough opposition results in the 2007/08 Futsal Premier League were less than impressive, one win in 4, but always you felt progress was being made. Preston new they needed tough matches to test themselves for the callenges ahead.
